Ingredients :
For the Salmon:
2 salmon fillets, skin removed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Juice of ½ lemon

350 g spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
110 g cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Zest of 1 lemon
½ cup pasta cooking water (as needed)
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or basil

Preparation Method :
Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until fully cooked. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Salmon
Pat the salmon dry and season with Cajun spice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and firm. Squeeze lemon juice over before removing. Set aside and flake into pieces.
Step 3: Make the Spicy Cajun Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Pour in the heavy cream, then add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Mix in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Thin the sauce with pasta water if needed.
Step 4: Combine and Toss
Add spaghetti to the sauce and stir until fully coated. Gently fold in salmon flakes.
Step 5: Serve and Garnish
Serve the creamy Cajun spaghetti topped with salmon pieces. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and a lemon slice for a fresh finish.
